MAKE IT PART OF YOUR ROUTINE

Protection starts with the material

A patio chair can combine woven resin, fabric cushions and metal. Treat each part separately: Aerospace Protectant belongs on the compatible nonporous parts, while outdoor fabric needs its own care routine. Applying one product across the entire chair can leave the wrong finish on the wrong material.

THE FINISHING DETAILS

The final towel makes the difference

Use a fresh, dry section of towel for the finishing pass. If you see streaks, remove the excess with a damp towel and immediately wipe dry. More liquid is not a substitute for thorough coverage and complete removal of residue.

BEFORE YOU APPLY

Good care, step by step.

Read the current bottle label and spot-test an inconspicuous area. The surface maker’s instructions take priority.

Clean the material and let it dry. Work out of direct sunlight.
Apply a small amount to the surface or a clean microfiber towel.
Spread evenly, then wipe completely dry with a separate towel. It does not air-dry.

Suitable materials

Vinyl, rubber, plastic, fiberglass, gel coat and finished leather. Check the material maker's care instructions first.

Important limits

Do not use on fabric, unfinished leather, clear plastics, gauges, headlights or flooring. Keep it off surfaces where grip is essential.
